How to use:
Wet use: Fully soak the beauty sponge to squeeze out excess water, the wet sponge absorbs very little of your favorite makeup, suitable for liquid makeup such as foundation, concealer, barrier, sunscreen and more.
Dry use: Dip an appropriate amount of powdered cosmetics directly into the beauty egg. The dried beauty egg does not fall off the crumbs, and the makeup is more docile. It is suitable for powdered cosmetics such as loose powder, contouring, highlighting, blush, etc.
Three steps of cleaning：
1. Wet the dirty sponge.
2. Add a small amount of blender cleaner dropwise, massage and press gently.
3. Rinse and squeeze until there is no stain, air dry it.

Returns and Refunds Policy:
• There are no refunds for change of mind on a purchased item/s.• To cancel an order once placed - If you have placed an order and then change your mind we do not offer refunds.
• If you insist on a refund and have a valid reason please contact us at: support@beautysuperstore.com.au with your reason and any photos of the product if it was damaged or faulty so we can assess your claim.
• If your claim is deemed successful there will be an admin and re-stocking fee to reverse the payment. The admin and re-stocking fee is $10 if you wish to proceed and the cost of returning the item is at the cost of the customer which is additional and you pay for postage to return the item. If the refund is deemed successful then the admin and re-stocking fee will apply and this will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Damaged/Faulty products – If products are received damaged/faulty please contact us at: support@beautysuperstore.com.au within 48 hours to advise us of the order date and the details and photo evidence of the damaged/faulty product so we can assess the fault/damage and report back to you in a prompt and timely manner on the next steps. If the product is faulty or damaged, we will email you a Free return shipping label which you will attach to the box at no cost to you. The replacement product will be dispatched only once the damaged products have been received by us. You will not be charged freight to have the new undamaged item sent to you.
• Reaction to products – We suggest you only purchase skincare or any other products listed on beautysuperstore.com.au if you have tried it before and are aware there is no reactions to your skin. You must be prepared to take the risk of an adverse or disappointing reaction. While we refund / exchange on faulty products we do not refund / exchange because you don’t like a product or it has caused a reaction. We obviously cannot verify evidence of an adverse reaction with an online customer due to their inability to present in person and at the time to substantiate such a claim. There is also many contributing lifestyle factors to skin reactions not solely on a skincare products.
• Beautysuperstore.com.au accepts no responsibility for any reactions caused by the brands Beautysuperstore.com.au sells. For this reason we recommend to have tried the products on your skin from a salon or other means prior, to ensure the product you are purchasing is right for you.
